That's why after you get out of what felt like freezing cold water on entry 😉 you feel that head-to-toe super-energisingly good sensation take over your body!
So seek out those lakes, rivers or sea spots regularly for the benefit of your emotional health.
And next time you're dilly-dallying about whether to take a dip or not, just switch off from the cold mentally, get in and think about how good it will make you feel
