These Energy Balls are easy to make and take to work, so you have something healthy on-hand to stop you reaching for that no-goodness-whatsoever biscuit or chocolate bar.
Coconut oil is great for keeping your blood sugar stable and sneaking in some healthy fat. Goji berries are loaded with antioxidants which is always a good thing to keep you energised and immune-strong. Dates add a hint of sweetness and help to bind the balls. Raw cacao is the best replacement for actual chocolate and will give you a real energy boost.

SERVES 16 (Energy balls)

- 100g dates
- 50g goji berries
- 200g hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Place the dates and goji berries into your food processor and pulse into little bits.
- Add everything else to the dates and blend until it all forms together. If it's not sticking add a couple more dates.
- Roll into even sized balls and place into the fridge to harden for a couple of hours or the freezer for 30 minutes if you want them sooner.
