Chocolate & Goji Berry Energy Balls Recipe
SERVES 16 (Energy balls)
READY IN 10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g dates
- 50g goji berries
- 200g hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
RECIPE:
- Place the dates and goji berries into the food processor and pulse into little bits.
- Add everything else to the dates and blend until the mixture comes together. If it's not sticking add a couple more dates.
- Roll into even sized balls and put in the fridge to harden for a couple of hours, or the freezer for 30 minutes if you want them sooner.
