How It Works:

Step 1 - Investigate

Investigate during your initial consultation and with relevant testing, to get a clear picture of what's happening in your gut and any associated symptoms.

Step 2 - Evaluate

Evaluate your gut health findings, and consult with you to determine the best course of action for optimal gut function.

Step 3 - Strengthen

Strengthen your body's systems to ensure that you are well-equipped to heal, or benefit from any of the following relevant steps that could be necessary to optimise your gut health. Please note: the below steps 4-8, are for guidance, and will be used only if required, rather than for the sake of taking action. Other steps may be taken as everything is personalised.

Step 4 - Remove

Remove the stressors. The goal is to get rid of anything that negatively affects the environment of your gut, such as inflammatory foods, infections, and irritants.

Step 5 - Replace

Replace the good. Add back in essential ingredients for proper digestion and absorption that may have been depleted by diet, drugs, diseases, ageing or other factors.

Step 6 - Repopulate

Repopulate with beneficial bacteria for YOUR gut. Every person and every gut are different.

Step 7 - Repair

Repair the gut lining which can be severely compromised during periods of inflammation, stress and when exposed to irritants over time. Repairing the gut lining is required to ensure proper absorption of nutrients - a prerequisite for optimal gut health.
